Željko Krgović is born in Montenegro in 1980. At the age of 20, he started practicing Transcendetal Meditation. From that moment, his life starts changing by accepting Ahimsa as a way of life. Goes deeper with the search for spirituality with Bhagavad Gita with commentary of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi and Yoga Vaśiṣṭha.

At 2004. he started to study Jyotiṣa śāstra at Śrī Jagannāth Center Serbia. There he met so many people with the same desire for knowledge. From 2008. till 2015, he was attending Mahāṛṣi Jaimini Upadeśa Sutra Program (JSP) under the guidance of Visti Larsen.  In 2015. received Jaimini Scholar Certificate at Devaguru Brihaspati Center. That experience brought completely new horizon in Vedāṅga Jyotiṣa which is Vedic knowledge of Astrology in perfect harmony with spiritual discipline. After finishing Mahāṛṣi Jaimini Upadeśa Sutra Program, Željko then attended JSPA (Advance Jaimini Sutra Program) held in Malta. On that course, the layers and layers were added to the Sūtras. On this course, Pandit Sanjay Rath show how deep Jyotiṣa can go.

Meanwhile, in 2013, Željko finished the Mantra śāstra course I in Serbia teached by Pandit Sanjay Rath. The focus of this course was Fondation of Mantra Śāstra based on book Śāradā Tilakaṁ. Presently attending Mantra Śāstra course II, where Pandit Sanjay Rath goes deep into understanding the sound, Graha Devatas and remedies for crucial problems in the life.

Since 2006 all his professional and personal efforts are focused around Jyotiṣa and spirituality. Two papers were published in Jyotish Digest – Kāṇṭaka Śani and Aṣṭa siddhi. Željko presented works on International Conference in New Delhi 2006. and International Conference in Serbia 2005 and 2006.

From 2008 is constantly engaged in teaching Jyotiṣa and doing readings.  Having a regular class in informal way with group of students in person and online.  Apart from constant learning from his Gurus – Pandit Sanjay Rath and Visti Larsen, Željko is also work on Jyotiṣa classic called Phaladīpikā, in which he is trying to connect knowledge received from Paramparā with this work of great Mantreśvara. When it comes to spirituality, great inspiration is coming from the teachings of Svāmi Vivekananda and Ramakrishna Mission.  In 2013, he was initiated receives Gāyatrī Dikṣa. His complete spiritual Sadhana is related to worship of Guru. Like to thinks of a life as a Seva to Parameṣṭhi Guru.

Željko is married and with his wife Ivana has two daughters and son. With his family lives in Novi Sad, Serbia.

Jyotisa Guru

Sanjay Rath belongs to a traditional family of astrologers from Bira Balabhadrapur Sasan village of Puri, Orissa, which trace their lineage back to Shri Achyuta Das (Sri Achyutananda).
